Responsibilities for HR Executive (F&B Operations)

• Conduct monthly Employee Reward & Recognition meetings for all branches.
• Maintain all operations reports, including performance tracking sheet, monthly service point report, and appraisal forms.
• Do monthly staff room inspections and submit the audit report to OM & GM.
• Arrange staff needs such as uniforms, name tags, bed, and bunkers.
• Create and follow all the foreign workers' contracts and renewals (6 months before).
• Need to maintain regular HR documentation and files up to date.
• Ensure the P&C of all company documents.

Requirements for HR Executive (F&B Operations)

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Preferably from 2 to 5 star Hotels.
• Well known with Malaysian and foreign workers' Law.
• Able to drive car.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and long hours in case of emergency.
• Basic knowledge in computer skills.
• Language Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Nationality Preferred: Local Malaysian
