DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
• Location: Lavender
• Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00
• Salary: Up to $5,000 (depending on work experience)
Sales Engineer (Japanese-speaking, service-oriented)
Job Description:
To provide complete technical assistance to Customer in relation to appropriate use of Products for obtaining sufficient performance of Products, which includes:
- Maintenance of Products and continuous observation of their performance
- Provide assistance to Customers in case of setting up of Products, including drawing simulation
- Provide aid to Customers in case of operation
- Troubleshooting
- Providing Customer with various advice or information at the request by Customer or reasonable discretion by Service Engineer
Gathering information on Products through the performance of Services under this Agreement including the above and providing such information to the company, which information includes:
- Provide Information on performance, defect, yields, and other technical issues of Products
- Provide Information on Customer’s requirements, opinions, claims, and other remarks regarding Products or their performance or operation
- Provide Information that the Customer requires
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above (prefer mechanical engineering)
- At least 1-3 years of working experience as a sales engineer is preferred
- The Japanese language will be required to liaise with HQ in Japan
