DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Responsibilities:

• Use or develop dashboards and visualizations on game performance, customer engagement to measure the impacts of various business actions.
• Expert in working with data that empowers our casino team to make quick, informed decisions.
• Liaise with Casino team to develop and support new data models.
• Perform deep-dive insight analysis to understand user play patterns.
• Develop automated tools to enable the business to explore operation insights and improve operational efficiency.
• Improve and automate Casino reporting.
• Responsible for applying strong data analysis.
• Enhance customer segmentation models to implement model-driven decisions.
• Analyse individual player gaming activity and provide reports as needed.
• Analyse database trends, gaming and lifestyle and demographic information.
• Support a variety of projects that may include performance analytics around casino marketing campaigns.
• Work independently, collaboratively, flexibly, and with a learning-oriented approach/attitude.
• Multivariate tests of campaign variations, analysis and recommendations for data-driven personalization, and deep dive analyses of challenging business questions about Casino guests.
• Work with IT to correct data issues and implement error prevention solutions. Identify, design, and acquire cross-brand approval for changes/updates when needed, and work with IT to implement modified, additional, and improved data solutions.
• Be a positive role model to others and pursue personal development.
• Prepare and submit reports on activities as directed, complete and on time.
• Strive to achieve and exceed goals and metrics/objectives.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering or Computer Science course.
• Experience in Casino games and slot is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality Industry.
• Possess good communication and writing skills.
• Team player and of good character.
• Computer literate and advance knowledge in excel (Experience in IGT System is a plus).
• Outgoing personality.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Holds good leadership qualities.
• Must be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules.
